Deformed and Defamed

There’s a brutal double injustice at the heart of circumcision: deformation and defamation.

Let’s start with the first truth people avoid:

Circumcision is Deformation

To “deform” means to alter the natural shape or structure of something, usually in a way that damages its function.

Circumcision:

Removes a specialized organ (the foreskin) Exposes delicate internal tissue (the glans) to friction, dryness, and abrasion Changes the penis’s natural mechanics during sexual activity Leads to keratinization of the glans, dulling sexual sensation Can cause scarring, tightness, or distortions in appearance

By every anatomical and functional measure, circumcision deforms the penis.

And yet, the world pretends it’s a harmless “snip.” They call it “cleaner,” “better,” “normal.” But the truth remains: a circumcised penis is an organ that has been physically altered and diminished from its original design.

Defamation: The War on Foreskin

If deformation were the only crime, that would be bad enough. But circumcision’s defenders add a second injury: defamation.

The foreskin — a healthy, functional part of male anatomy — has been vilified for over a century:

Branded “dirty,” “diseased,” “unnecessary” Mocked as a birth defect needing correction Blamed for sexual dysfunction, cancer, or moral corruption Targeted in slurs and insults (e.g. “cheesedick”)

This relentless defamation campaign serves a purpose:

→ It justifies the act of cutting.

→ It silences those who mourn what was taken.

→ It trains men to feel shame about a normal part of themselves.

Deformed…and Then Blamed For It

Here’s the most sinister part:

Men are deformed through circumcision — and then taught to believe their bodies are better off that way.

And if they question it? They’re called bitter, crazy, or obsessed.

Imagine any other body part being amputated in infancy, then publicly mocked if you dared express grief or anger. That’s the psychological trap circumcision creates.

Healing Starts With Truth

Circumcision is deformation. And the cultural lies that frame the foreskin as worthless are defamation.

No man should have to pretend he wasn’t harmed. No boy should have parts of his body labeled defective simply for existing.

We must name what’s happening:

The foreskin is not a flaw. A circumcised penis is a surgically altered organ. Defamation does not equal truth.

It’s time to reject both deformation and defamation — and restore dignity to male bodies, in their whole and natural form.
